How does OAKLYNN's EMF protection work?

Our products are made with specially selected materials that help reduce exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from everyday sources like WiFi routers, cell phones, and other electronics. By incorporating EMF-blocking fibers, we provide a protective layer designed with your child’s well-being in mind.

Why is EMF protection important for children?

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. When buying a gift and uncertain about the size, it is recommended to choose one size larger.

Is all apparel on this site from OAKLYNN?

Yes. We guarantee that all products sold with the OAKLYNN label on our website are designed by OAKLYNN.

Are all products new and unused?

Yes! All OAKLYNN products are new and unworn.

Orders & Payments

When can I expect my pre-order items to arrive?

For pre-orders, shipping will occur approximately 1.5 months after the pre-order period concludes. The expected delivery timeframe is listed under the product name on the product page.

How will I know when new collections are launching?

Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to get the latest updates on new collections, pre-orders, and exclusive offers. We announce new launches and sneak peeks regularly, so you’ll always be the first to know.

Which payment methods do OAKLYNN offer?

OAKLYNN accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled once in stock?

Once your order is in stock, it will be fulfilled and shipped within 3-7 business days.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What carriers does OAKLYNN use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How can I track my OAKLYNN order?

Simply track your OAKLYNN order by login into your OAKLYNN account or by selecting the tracking number sent to you in the email confirmation.

What is the return policy for pre-order items (final sale)?

Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once your order is placed. These items are made-to-order specifically for you, so we are unable to accept returns.

What is the return policy for (limited) in-stock items?

Our return policy for these items is as follows:

  • Returns: You may return your limited in-stock item within 14-30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. You can receive a refund or exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7-14 days of receiving it. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange for a replacement.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5-10% may apply to returned items. This helps us manage our inventory and restocking process.
  • Final Sale Items: Some limited-stock items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
What if I receive the wrong item?

When will I receive a refund for a returned item?

Once the item is returned and received. We will send a refund confirmation email that same day. It may take 3-5 business days for it to appear in your account.
